    * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following area, New Castle, New Jersey, including the following areas, Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset and Western Monmouth, and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Flash flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates potentially of 1-2 inches per hour are expected across the watch area. Outer waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ from 20 to 40 nm... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 659 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 nm west of Belmar to 12 nm northwest of Point Pleasant Beach to 11 nm northwest of Silverton, moving east at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Sea Girt Reef, Shark River Reef, Point Pleasant Beach, Axel Carlson Reef, Belmar, and Manasquan Inlet.
