Where: East Vancouver Island - Campbell River to Duncan Sunshine Coast Howe Sound When: This afternoon through early Sunday. Remarks: Another strong low pressure system is heading towards the South Coast. As the low moves inland, strong southeasterly winds 70 km/h gusting to 90 will develop this afternoon, then shift to southwest overnight, and ease Sunday morning. ### Local utility outages are possible.
