Yellow advisory - frost - in effect Frost is expected in low-lying areas. Locations: central, and parts of southern and western Newfoundland. Minimum temperatures: +1 to +6 (coolest in low-lying areas). Time span: early Tuesday morning. Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low-lying areas. ### Frost advisories are issued when widespread frost or freezing temperatures are expected during the growing season.
