Warm, dry, and breezy conditions are expected to develop Friday afternoon. We'll begin to see wind gusts rise between 20 and 25 mph at times, even gusting to 30 mph in a few locations. As relative humidity values fall near 20 percent, elevated fire weather conditions may develop. Use extreme caution outdoors to prevent fire starts.
