Significant snowfall and strong winds are expected.

Locations: the Atlantic Coast from Halifax County - East of Porters Lake through to Sydney Metro and Cape Breton County.

Additional snowfall: 5 to 10 cm.

Time span: persisting until later tonight or Tuesday morning.

Remarks: Strong north to northeasterly winds could cause reduced visibilities in blowing snow.
