Total snowfall: 20 to 35 cm.

Maximum wind gusts: northerly to northeasterly 80 to 90 km/h.

Locations: southern Newfoundland.

Time span: this evening until Tuesday evening.

Remarks: Snow will develop tonight and become heavy at times over some areas on Tuesday. Conditions will worsen overnight as fresh snowfall and strong winds combine to significantly reduce visibility in snow and blowing snow. Blizzard-like conditions are possible.

In the Burgeo - Ramea area, the highest snowfall is expected to occur east of Ramea.
