Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded, resulting in road closures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall will begin to taper off early this afternoon, but isolated thunderstorms with very heavy rain is possible mid to late afternoon.
