Seas will become moderate to rough and moderate swells. Small boats are likely to capsize. Poor visibility in areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Renbel,Makira,Temotu waters .
Sea travelers are urged to consider safety actions as such winds can produce dangerous wave conditions which are hazardous to small boats.
