It is moving Northward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto.
