Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon through early evening. Rainfall rates could exceed 2 inches per hour at times, with localized totals of 3 to 5 inches possible in a few spots.
