    At 12:47 on August 9, 2026, Suichang County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow typhoon warning signal to an orange typhoon warning signal: Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 13 "White Dolphin" this year, there has been precipitation of over 100mm in Beijie Town, Yingcun Township, and Yunfeng Street in our county since 12:00 on August 8, with the largest station being Wangwu Village in Beijie Town, 126mm. A total of 10 stations have experienced level 8 winds. It is estimated that there will still be rainstorm to heavy rainstorm in all towns (streets) of our county from the afternoon of 9th to 10th, most of which will be accompanied by 7-9 level gusts and 10-12 level gusts in middle and high mountains. Please pay attention to preventing secondary disasters such as small watershed flash floods, landslides, mudslides, urban and rural waterlogging that may be caused by heavy rainfall, as well as the adverse effects of strong winds on facility agriculture, construction projects, outdoor billboards, etc.

It is estimated that there will still be 80~120mm rainfall in all towns (streets) of the county from this afternoon to tomorrow, and the maximum hourly rainfall intensity will reach 40~70mm. Please pay attention to prevent secondary disasters such as mountain torrents, landslides, collapses, and debris flows in small watersheds that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
