This is a Manitoba Emergency Alert update. Manitoba's Hydrologic Forecast Centre has issued a High Water Advisory for the Swan River, near the Town of Swan River. Water levels in the area have decreased but remain above seasonal levels. Conditions may develop into a flood watch. Minor to no flooding is expected at these levels, but water may begin to overflow into nearby low-lying marshland, parkland or floodplain areas with little to no impact.

If you are in the affected area, be aware of local waterways. Do not attempt to cross fast flowing waters or waters of unknown depth. Avoid flooded areas. Follow directions by the local authorities.
