Yellow warning - wind - in effect Damaging winds are expected. Strong southeasterly winds gusting to 90 km/h developing this evening and shifting to southwest winds gusting to 90 km/h overnight. Where: Greater Victoria, Southern Gulf Islands, Malahat Highway. When: This evening through Sunday morning. Remarks : Another strong low pressure system is heading towards the South Coast. As the low moves across the region, strong southeasterly winds 70 km/h gusting to 90 will develop early this evening, shift to southwest overnight, then ease Sunday morning. ### Local utility outages are possible.
