Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Saline and Carroll Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:04 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.5 feet early Friday morning.
