In northeast Ohio, Holmes. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 847 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms last evening and this evening. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen since yesterday evening. - Flooding impacts will continue, but any additional rainfall amounts will be light. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mansfield, Mount Gilead, Ontario, Lexington, Crestline, Loudonville, Fredericktown, Cardington, Bellville, Hayesville, Glenmont, Nashville, Waterford, Butler, Perrysville, Lucas, Jeromesville, Edison, Mifflin and Gann. - Flooding is ongoing for several area rivers and creeks.
