* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Much of southwest New Mexico, including the Dona Ana, Grant, Luna, Hidalgo, and Sierra Counties and the Sacramento Mountain in south-central New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Abundant moisture has moved into the region and scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will continue tonight.
