At 12:56 on November 6, 2026, the Habahe County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 14:00 on November 7 to 02:00 on November 10, there will be a 7-8 level easterly wind in Sarbulake Town, Akqi Town, Kulebai Town, Saltamu Township, and Jiayelma Township in Habahe County. The wind speed in Qibar Town, Qideharen, Longyuan Wind Farm, and along the Ertix River can reach 9-10 levels. Please take precautions. (Wind force level is Pu Shi wind force)
