    * WHAT...Minor to locally moderate coastal flooding expected. For the Beach Hazards Statement, from 4 AM PST this morning through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Flooding of parking lots and roads with only isolated road closures expected. • If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Stay off of sea walls and jetties. Remain farther back from the ocean, as waves will run farther up the beach than expected, especially during high and rising tides. Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions. If you do get in the water, always swim near a lifeguard.
