At 15:50 on April 4, 2026, the Shizuishan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from tonight to tomorrow day, there will be a level 4 northerly wind with gusts of 6-8 and accompanied by sandstorms (visibility of 5-9 kilometers) in Changsheng Street, Baijigou Street, and Shishijing Street in Dawukou District, Huinong District Railway Station Street, Hongguozi Town, Yanzidun Township, and Hebin Street, as well as Chonggang Town in Pingluo County. Relevant departments and the general public are advised to take precautions.
