    * WHERE...Chautauqua and Southern Erie Counties.

    * WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.

    * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

    * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.

    * WHERE...Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties. The greatest accumulations will be across higher terrain inland from Lake Erie.

    * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

    * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.
