    ...Critical Fire Weather Conditions Expected Tuesday... .Windy conditions and low relative humidity will combine with dry fuels resulting in potential for wildfire spread. The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM to 11 PM PDT Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 690 Kittitas Valley. * TIMING...From 10 AM to 11 PM PDT Tuesday. * WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
