    * WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph this morning.

    * WHERE...Southern Erie County.

    * WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Wednesday.

    * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery conditions with with slower travel likely The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

    • If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel.
