The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon today to 9 PM CDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* WINDS...Southwest shifting to the northwest at 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
