Total rainfall: 50 to 80 mm, except locally 100 mm or more inland.

Time span: until Wednesday morning.

Similar storms in the past have caused: - rapid runoff due to frozen or saturated ground - accelerated snowmelt adding to runoff volumes - erosion along road shoulders and smaller washouts

Remarks: Consider adjusting travel plans to avoid adverse conditions.
