* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 4.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 5.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
