* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some snow squalls may track across the Alleghenies today, particularly from the late morning through much of the afternoon. Any such squall could lead to a rapid drop in visibilities and come with rates of one to one and a half inches per hour.
