Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous showers and a few thunderstorms are expected to redevelop late tonight through the day Tuesday across portions of Deep East Texas and North Louisiana, near and south of a weak surface front that will linger over these areas. Additional rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches, with isolated higher amounts in excess of 3 inches are possible across the Watch area, before these showers and thunderstorms diminish from northwest to southeast Tuesday afternoon.
