The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Red Flag Warning for dry and breezy weather and an extremely favorable fuel environment, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 72. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread.
