Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow today. * WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional accumulating snow of less than two inches is expected along the Saint Lawrence River and the upper Black River Valley.
