At 15:50 on April 5th, Yanbian Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for road ice and snow: It is expected that from tonight to tomorrow day, due to the influence of rain and snow weather, most parts of our province will experience road icing or snow that affects traffic. The State Emergency Management Bureau and the State Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention work.
