บริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง คลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนัก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งดูแลรักษาสุขภาพในช่วงที่สภาพอากาศเปลี่ยนแปลงไว้ด้วย
ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง
และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
