* WHERE...Northern Cayuga and Oswego Counties. The greatest accumulations will be across southern Oswego and far northern Cayuga counties tonight.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and very poor visibility at times. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commutes.
