The Haiyan County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange high temperature warning signal at 10:07 am on August 1, 2026: Due to the influence of subtropical high pressure, it is expected that the highest temperature in all towns (streets) in our county will reach around 38 ℃ today. Attention should be paid to preventing the adverse effects of high temperature on outdoor operations, agricultural production, energy supply, human health, etc., and to ensuring electrical safety.

Try to avoid outdoor activities during high temperature periods, and personnel working under high temperature conditions should shorten their continuous working time; 3.
