At 11:30 am on March 18, 2026, the Dulan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of snowfall weather, it is expected that from 11:30 am on March 18 to 11:30 am on March 19, there will be road icing in Chahanwusu Town, Xiariha Town, Xiangride Town, Zongjia Town, Reshui Township, Balong Township, Xiangjia Township, and Gouli Township that will cause sustained impact on traffic. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
