A rain and thunder bearing cloud system has been observed over the coast of Togo and Benin. The system is drifting drifting inland and is expected to bring rain of varying intensity to the Volta region this morning. Keta, Aflao, Denu, Dzodze, Ho and surroundings are expected to be affected between 9AM and 11AM. The storm is expected to propagate westwards into the Greater Accra and Eastern regions later this morning into the early afternoon hours. Ada Foah, Sege, Sogakope and surroundings are expected to be affected earlier before drifting to the western sides. The Central and Ashanti regions are also anticipated to experience similar conditions in the afternoon.
