    ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Arkansas... Cache River Near Patterson affecting Woodruff and Jackson Counties. For the Cache River...including Patterson...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cache River near Patterson. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Low swampy timberland along the river begins to flood. Flood gates should be closed and equipment moved out of the low grounds along the river and tributaries. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is continuing to crest near 9.5 feet, and will remain steady above 9 feet through the weekend. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures over much of the state are expected, with hard-freezing conditions possible over north to central Arkansas. * WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast, southwest, and western Arkansas. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
