Strong winds heralding a sudden return to winter. What: Strong winds gusting 70 to 80 km/h. When: Tonight then easing Tuesday morning. Additional information: Strong west to northwest winds will continue in the wake of a sharp Arctic cold front. Winds will slowly begin to ease Tuesday morning. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break. Local utility outages are possible.
