There is widespread flooding of roads and docks in the Town of Koshkonong and Town of Sumner including Vets Lane, Blackhawk Island Road and Oxbow Bend Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 11.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
