There is a potential for 2 to 3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts possible.

Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chanute, Iola, Neodesha, Fredonia, Humboldt, Yates Center, Erie, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Moran, Thayer, Altoona, Toronto, Buffalo, Neosho Falls, Galesburg, Savonburg, Elsmore and Benedict.
