    Winter storm to kick off the week What: - 15 to 25 centimetres of snow expected - near-zero visibilities at times in heavy snow and blowing snow - 2 to 5 millimetres of freezing rain When: early Monday morning into overnight Monday night Additional information: Precipitation will begin as snow, then gradually change over to ice pellets, and then to freezing rain in the afternoon. Overnight Monday night, temperatures will rise above the freezing mark and precipitation will change over to rain, reducing remaining accumulations on the ground. ### Travel will likely be challenging. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Road closures are possible. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
