Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving storm system will bring persistent bands of rain through Central Washington. Rain intensities will vary from light to moderate.
