At 09:56 on August 1, 2026, the Kashgar Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for high temperatures: it is expected that from the daytime of August 1 to the daytime of August 6, most areas of the Kashgar Plain will experience high temperatures above 37 ℃, with some areas in Shule County, Jiashi County, Yuepuhu County, Bachu County, Maigaiti County, Shache County and other places reaching a maximum temperature of about 40 ℃ during the daytime of August 3. The public and relevant departments are advised to take precautions.

Try to avoid outdoor activities during high temperature periods, and personnel working under high temperature conditions should shorten their continuous working time; 3. Relevant departments and units should pay attention to preventing fires caused by excessive electricity consumption, as well as excessive power loads on wires, transformers, and other electrical equipment.
