    * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following area, New Castle, New Jersey, including the following areas, Camden, Coastal Ocean, Eastern Monmouth, Gloucester, Mercer, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Salem, Southeastern Burlington and Western Monmouth, and Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move through this afternoon through tonight. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are possible. Rainfall amount of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Hunterdon and Warren and Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton. * WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For Musconetcong River at Bloomsbury: At 11:15pm the stage was 6.48 feet.
