Southwesterly winds Monday becoming westerly Monday night with gusts of 70 to 90 km/h. When: Risk of freezing rain this morning. Gusty winds this morning through Tuesday morning. Additional information: Patchy freezing rain and ice pellets is possible this morning, and possibly into this afternoon for areas over higher terrain south of Georgian Bay. Travel may be difficult.
