Strong winds are expected over the marine areas from Mahajanga to Analalava and Atsiranana to Mahanoro. Wind speeds may reach up to 45/55 km/h, resulting in rough to very rough sea conditions. These conditions may pose hazards to small vessels, fishing activities and other marine operations.
