* WIND...Sustained winds 15 to 25 mph, gusting up to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Poor overnight humidity recoveries are expected early Saturday morning. Well above average temperatures are also expected which will contribute considerably to the dry conditions.
