Southeastern Ellis County in central Kansas... * Until 1130 PM CDT. * At 1036 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Otis to 7 miles southwest of Garfield, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Otis, Garfield, Ash Valley, Frizell, and Shaffer around 1040 PM CDT. Larned around 1045 PM CDT. Zook around 1050 PM CDT. Belpre around 1055 PM CDT.
