...FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR OAHU MOLOKAI MAUI LANAI KAHOOLAWE AND THE BIG ISLAND...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and the Big Island.
* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Significant flooding may occur due to the overflow of streams and drainages. Roads in several areas may be closed, along with property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff. Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A kona low west of the islands has drawn abundant moisture northward. Rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall are anticipated. The heaviest rain is expected to last through tonight, except for the Big Island where the heaviest rain is expected Sunday.

...A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM HST THIS EVENING TO 6 PM HST SUNDAY FOR THE BIG ISLAND SUMMIMTS ABOVE 12000 FEET...
.A kona storm is expected to bring heavy snow and strong winds to the summits beginning this evening and lasting through Sunday afternoon.
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Big Island Summits.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility at times, with periods of zero visibility.
Hawaii in HawaiiA Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet, and
ice are expected or occurring. Strong winds are also possible. This
will make travel very hazardous or impossible. Any travel plans to
