Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "LUIS" was estimated based on all available data at 350 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.7°N, 124.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku. + **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan. + **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
