In central Illinois, Livingston. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are already elevated, increasing the risk of flooding due to additional rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving weather system may bring additional periods of heavy showers and embedded thunderstorms which may lead to localized flooding. High water may recede slowly from flooded areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain fell across the advisory area earlier today. Lingering, localized minor flooding is ongoing in some parts of the advisory area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
